I believe therapy can provide an opportunity to reflect on and explore life experiences from different perspectives, leading to deeper self-understanding and growth.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I bring additional training in expressive arts therapy, mindfulness, and body-based practices. My approach to therapy is collaborative, meaning sessions are responsive to each individual and their unique needs. My goal is to create a space that feels supportive and grounding, where individuals feel safe to show up authentically.

I work with people who are feeling stuck or as if they've lost connection to who they want to be. This may be due to stress, burnout, anxiety, major life transitions, or unhealthy relationship patterns. Together, we can explore ways of understanding patterns and experiences, shifting awareness, and expanding self-compassion.
