I am a licensed social worker (LMSW) and artist with a background in Expressive Arts Therapy. I have over a decade of experience in social justice–driven organizations across the U.S. and internationally.

My current interests include arts-based critical participatory action research and finding accessible ways to maintain an ongoing practice of artmaking as a means of (re)connection.

Visual art, particularly collage, has been an important throughline in both my personal practice and the work I do with others. I'm interested in the process of creating: the finding, selecting, sorting, and piecing together of seemingly disparate parts, followed by noticing and reflecting on where relationships, patterns, and perspectives emerge.

Working with minimalist compositions and repetitive patterns invites me to slow down and create spaciousness in my thoughts and movements. This approach reflects the work I do with others, offering an experience of grounding, reflection, and potential meaning-making.
